Jonathan is an 18 year old male who has a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. He has limited communication skills and can be resistant to change. He lives with his mum, who is his carer and has been assisting Jonathan with his ADL’s his whole life. His mum is seeking assistance with increasing Jonathan’s independence so that he may move out of home and into assisted accommodation in the future.
