Use the seven dimensions of wellness model ( referenced below) to assist a client with assessing and evaluating their health and wellness needs. Directions: Make a hypothetical client who requests professional assistance to improve their health and wellness. Identify the following client information: current health status (mental and physical) occupation current viewpoints of what wellness means to them current wellness practices used wellness goals (if they have any) Wellness plan. The client’s wellness plan should contain the following requirements: Briefly define key features and behaviors that are associated with each of the seven dimensions of wellness. Apply at least one recommended practice for each dimension that could help your client personally or professionally. (Example: Physical Dimension: Eating nutritious foods and physical activity.) Discuss at least three examples of how two different dimensions can be interconnected.
