Mr. /Ms. Medi Sin is a middle-aged male/female who was brought to the Emergency Department by Emergency Medical Services (EMS) after complaining of chest pain, indigestion, and heartburn which has been going on for several hours. He/she was admitted to the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) with a diagnosis of a myocardial infarction (MI) and coronary artery disease.
