Need assistance answering peer Reflecting back when we all started in our journey, I stated, I had completed the Chamberlain RN-BSN bridge program in Oct. 2020. I had been praying about returning and if it was the right time due to the COVID situation around the globe. Prayers were requested and they were . And there we were ready to part take in this magnificent MSN program journey with Chamberlain University. I also stated, I was over-excited about participating in the MSN program at Chamberlain University and I knew it would be an asset for all of us to collaborate, and support each other in our journey until the end of completion. I continue to believe it is not by chance that we started together and are at the finish line together. My perspectives and point of views completely changed regarding my knowledge base, evidence based nursing practice participation for change in the clinical and administrative environment. Learning to utilize the JHEBP model and new advanced nursing knowledge in the advanced MSN track program at Chamberlain University has guided me to improve my nursing skill sets at work and provide a higher standard of nursing care that promotes high quality, safe, patient-centered care grounded in holistic health principles and reach my goals in the MSN program and meet my goals in the MSN practicum setting. My focus in achieving quality healthcare outcomes has become priority in all my decision making through analyzing up to date research methods that support evidence-based practices in nursing. Throughout the MSN journey, there was always an excitement for me, in each module there was new knowledge to be learned and new perspectives regarding nursing issues and new learned strategies on how to contribute to improving patient care outcomes in order to establish a safe patient-centered care culture environment. The MSN advanced program taught me improved effective communication skills, how to improve gathering of credible research data, how to analyze and appraise the data, disseminate data, formulate an action plan and implement an action plan, report outcomes, and finally implement a project change. I will definitely be utilizing the nineteen step JHEBP model in my future MSN future clinical and or administrative employment role. The new knowledge gained throughout the MSN program has given me a boost of confidence in decision making and leadership skills both through literature and highly professional and knowledgeable instructors, they all have been excellent role models for me throughout the entire MSN advanced program. I am excited to represent Chamberlain University and all our instructors in the nursing workforce environment by promoting high quality safe care with outmost professionalism. I am thankful and very grateful for Chamberlain University and all our instructors. On a final note, I would like to Congratulate all our classmates, great Job everyone!!! we did it!
