For this task, reflect on your own perspectives on diversity and write an essay using a computer that is 800-1000 words. Spend some time considering your own upbringing, where you grew up, where you now live, your family and the friends you keep, and how this has had an impact on how you view diversity. To produce your essay, reflect on and write about: Your own social and cultural perspectives and biases Your awareness of any limitations in your self and social awareness How you can work inclusively in your job and improve your understanding of others Ways to improve your own self and social awareness and how you can use this in future work situations.
