I could be completely wrong, but I would omit the very last thing listed under skills. “Medication administration, patient assessment, monitoring, safety, communication, and collaboration” These are all “necessary” skills of being a nurse, and I feel that if you leave that as your last thing on your resume, it may leave the recruiter believing that you think these are skills that go above and beyond the basic set of nursing skills.
