Sir/Madam: I am having a persistant problem, as I mentioned earlier, I cant’t open any of the review questions or test materials to study. It partially opens, then the rest is jusy looks blurry. When I try to open it it taking me to another window asking me to pay $15, $29 etc. for each document. I have paid my membership dues for a month and it is not fair I can’t use the meterial to study.
