SL is a 64 year old east
SL is a 64 year old east Asian American female with a 10 year history of hypertension treated with Chlorthiazide (diuril) during this period. During her 3-month visit her blood pressure is 112/92, more significant her weight is up 5 pounds and she is saying that she is having some fluid in her feet at night. The provider is changing her medications to furosemide 10mg po daily and spironolactone 12.5mg po daily, the Chlorthiazide is to be stopped.
