1-7 Scenario As you begin work on your dissertation proposal, you are struggling with how to synthesize different principles of health behavior. Your overarching line of inquiry is how a variety of behaviors and beliefs impact health decisions and outcomes. More specifically, you want to investigate how patients might effectively manage their hypertension, as explained by evidence-based models and theories. Since this plan will not be of your own design, be sure to use citations, as appropriate. Highlight challenges of the plan Make certain your concept map illustrates the relationships among the topics displayed. Your reference document can be a narrative, outline, or series of bulleted list to help guide you through the discussion of the concept map.
