Can you please help me better understand how can I use one way Anova in my project? I am confused how it works versus the two way.

My topic is Does 15-minute aerobics exercise daily decrease the systolic blood pressure by 5-7 mmHg in women over 60 as measured by weekly blood pressure monitoring in a 1-month period?

So, does that mean if I use one-way I will compare one group who exercise and the other group is who does not do the aerobics and both groups are all women aged 60. Am I correct ion my understanding?
