Case: Normal Delivery in 25 -year-old Primi-Para in Active Labor. Summary of Case: A 25 -year-old, married woman named Adelaine Chantal Dimaguiba, admitted at Davao Doctors Hospital, Inc. L & D and monitor placed in active labor, accompanied by her husband and mother. She was brought to the ED due to GI distress and abdominal pain.
