This is my scenario:

Patient 28 years old, G4P4, repeat C-section, received spinal Duramorph for pain.  History of gestation diabetes, diet controlled.  No post C-section fasting blood glucose test ordered by her OB/Gyn.  Pericare provided 30 minutes ago, perineal pads soaked, rubra, heavy.  Patient complain of abdominal pain (4/10 pain scale), and patient requested perineal care stating, “I feel my pads are soaked again.”
