For first one example:

The physician is in the office during regular office hours and must immediately leave to see a patient with emphysema in the hospital.     (2 marks)

The physician admitted a patient into the hospital on March 1st. He/she saw the patient in hospital on March 2nd, 3rd, and 5th.        (4 marks)

The physician is at home in the evening.  At 2200 hours, the physician is called to immediately attend a patient for choking in the hospital.  Treatment begins at 2220 hours and ends at 2300 hours.       (3 marks)
