Overview Edena is a client on your unit and you assume her care as you begin your shift. During change of shift report, the off coming RN reports the following: Edena is alert and oriented x4, no complaints of pain. She has had good urinary out of about 10ml/hour. Color is dark concentrated and amber in color with some cloudiness. Her labs are good: BUN 87, Creat 2.2 and GFR 23 K of 2.8 and Mg of 1.8. Her vitals are stable at 167/90, HR 110, Temp 101.2, RR 32 and SPO2% 90% on RA. Edena isn’t drinking much PO. But she’s still urinating.
