Patient is a 44 year old male with PMHx of HTN, HLD, PVD, Prediabetes, Obesity presenting to the emergency department (ED) at NYP Brooklyn Methodist Hospital for rashes and shortness of breath. Patient developed hypotensive shock and subsequently admitted to the ICU.
