reply to theses two discussions 1-A person

reply to theses two discussions 1-A person is a being who has human DNA with cell division occurring and that has the potential of continuous development from fertilization to death. Here is my work for this definition of a person: A fetus that just became fertilized is a person. They have human DNA and the potential to grow continuously throughout their lifetime until death.Someone who has different behaviors, such as autism, is a person. They have human DNA, their cells are dividing, and they still are able to develop throughout their lifetime. A very old person is still a person because their body is still developing. Their cells are dividing, which means they are still developing. They have human DNA. Someone in a coma is a person even though they are in a deep unconsciousness. They have human DNA and their cells are still dividing. Someone in a coma can still develop things, even when they are unconscious. Their body may be developing something bad, like pressure sores, or uti’s but they are still developing. 2-When asked, are all very well aware of what a human is. I, or you, or even your neighbor, but very rarely do we ask ourselves what truly defines a person. Most commonly, it is asked in the way of ” Do you support abortion?” and ” Well how would you feel if..”. These push the question of who actually has access to basic human rights. A human is one that was created through reproduction and has the potential to have humanistic morals. * A baby in the womb has the potential to grow into a grown human being who knows right from wrong. In our textbook, it is said that the heart can start beating at 5 Weeks. * An animal such as another mammal may know right from wrong but not at the same cognitive level *DNA defines the human nature as human being and person * Humans can only create their specified enzymes, and tissues * Abilities will change but not the state of being more or less human
