Post a brief description of the results of your Work Environment Assessment. Based on the results, how civil is your workplace? Explain why your workplace is or is not civil. The Clark Workplace Inventory results suggest a mildly healthy workplace. Score was 78.

According to the results the organization I work for needs to improve communication, 

Transparency, trust in leadership and employee satisfaction. Improving these factors will increase the civility and health of the workplace.

 

Rude behaviors and workplace incivility include 

 

Medical ED RNs refusing to accept report ED Psych RNs on psych patients who need medical clearance or medical needs because they do not want to deal with “psych patients”. 

 

Unfair workloard for nurses.
