The simulation activity I learned is the case of Robert Caron, a 57-year-old man who has been admitted to the medical unit with a mild chest pain that worsens with deep breathes, shortness of breath, and a mild fever, is the main character of this virtual simulation game. He underwent an ECG at the emergency room, and it revealed sinus tachycardia, normal levels of Creatine Kinase, and Troponin. 

When Mr. Robert caron arrived, I had to practice hand hygiene put on the gown, the mask, and the face shield to keep me safe as a medical practitioner, I helped Mr. Robert caron put on the oxygen mask and turn the oxygen to 2 liters as I had been told he was in earlier. I took his vitals of the patient and he had difficulty n breath and thus had to adjust the oxygen to 4 liters and explained that to Mr.Robert.  The patient has been given  Metered dose Inhaler, nebulizer treatment and a non-rebreather mask to deliver 100% oxygen. I also tried Prone position for the patient in which the patient’s Oxygen  declined in few minutes the a high Fowler’s position was given to him. As a result of this of Mr. Roberts’s situation, I felt there was a need to  intubate Mr. Robert’s faster to improve oxygen saturation
