Please help me to complete 3 progress notes for the 3 scenarios.

 

Scenario 01

 

You will be given a Care Plan for a client, Mrs. Eleanor White. After reading the care plan
your aim is to use the care plan to help Mrs. White get ready for an appointment outside
the facility. While you are helping Mrs. White get out of bed, you notice she has a wound
on her arm which looks inflamed and could get infected. You are required to follow her
care plan and ensure she is ready to be put in a taxi outside the facility by 11am for her
appointment.

 

Scenario 02

You will be given a Care Plan for a client, Mrs. Dinah Habib. After reading the care plan
your aim is to use the care plan to help Mrs. Habib get ready to have dinner with her family
in the main dining hall. She is lying in bed when you arrive at her room at 5pm. While you
are dressing her she advises that she doesn’t want to eat because she got capsicum for
dinner last night. Her family are waiting for her. You are required to follow her care plan
and have her in the dining hall by 5.45pm

 

Scenario 03

 

You will be given a Care Plan for a client, Mr Jones’. After reading the care plan your aim
is to use the care plan to help Mr Jones get ready for for a dressing change at surgical
unite by 10 am. While you observe Mr Jones during assessment, you notice he was
feverish and ill looking. You are required to follow his care plan and ensure he is ready to
