Please help explain with a practical example the interventions you used when working with a mental health patient  as a nurse in a multidisciplinary team on a patient who was prescribed anti depressant but has stopped taking the medication because she claims that the medication is making her fat . She also refused to take injections because she does not like it, because she said it is making her fat and very tired.
