Ms Lara Crouch is a 78-year-old female (MRN 567342). She was brought in by paramedics with right-sided hemiparesis, aphasia and facial drooping. She has a history of hypertension and congestive cardiac failure. She smokes a pack of cigarettes a day for approximately 40 years. Her observations are as follows:
