Describe the body systems impacted by this health disruption and plan care for a patient with this disorder or injury. This plan of care would be for a patient with an acute stage of this health disruption. The plan must be evidence-based and supported by current scholarly literature. There will be no live patient for this care plan, but the plan should be able to be utilized if needed for a patient impacted by this complex health disorder.

List and explain the diagnostics or tests related to the disease process.
Identify the top three priority nursing diagnoses you would have for a patient with this complex health disruption in the acute stage. Include the rationale.
Identify and prioritize three nursing interventions which correlate to each nursing diagnosis for this complex health disruption based on current evidence for practice. Discuss your reasons for the priority of these interventions. (Interventions to include collaboration, education, technology, pharmacology, or nutrition)
Discuss tools, resources, or means of implementation of the nursing interventions
Identify the expected outcomes or goals of the interventions you have presented.
