Need assistance responding to peer

My practicum will take place in the NICU, pediatric unit, and pediatric ER in a NJ Hospital that is currently experiencing a nursing shortage in all units mainly because of covid. Therefore, the purpose of my strategic plan is to hire and retain adequate staffing, provide patient-centered care, enhance patient outcomes, and decrease hospital cost.  This mini SWOT analysis sets the stage for strategic planning by evaluating the threats and how it will effect hospital ratings and annual rankings.
