You remembered to shake the hand of the manager, thank her, and get her business card. A few days later you want to follow-up and thank the manager again, hoping the reconnection will bring good news. The manager’s voicemail says she will be out of the office for a few days on business, but she is checking her e-mail. You currently do not have access to your computer to send an email. In this week’s discussion you will: We know how important it is to always follow up with a thank you email to the individual you have interviewed with. Since she is out of the office would you still leave a voicemail or would you hang-up and send an email?
