Scenario: You are working in a long-term care facility as the day RN. Rita is an experienced RN. She works the evening shift as the sole RN in the facility. Rita has been a mentor to you and you have a lot of respect and admiration for Rita. One day a CNA who has worked the evening shift with Rita tells you that sometimes Rita leaves the facility to go grocery shopping for her family.
