The client I was assigned to finds hopes in the word of God by reading the Bible, meditation, and taking part in Bible study. He also sings in a choir. “I believe in God’s miracles and hope that my spine will heal someday”.

I did Proper hand hygiene before, in between, and after encounters with the patient. This helps minimize the spread of germs thus reducing infection and ensuring patient safety.
