Rhea is a full term, first born child and is 2 hours old. Her respiratory rate is 68 breaths per minute and her oxygen saturation is 85%. She has a heart rate of 160 beats per minute with mild cyanosis around his mouth. An echocardiogram indicates that she has been born with transposition of great vessels/arteries. Her mother did not have consistent prenatal care due to transportation problem. Their place is 10 km away from the health Center with habalhabal as mode of transportation.
