While working at a walk-in clinic, a mother presents with her 5-year old daughter who complains of an itchy, red, rash in a symmetrical like pattern on her back. Your observations include multiple oval macules in a scattered but organized pattern and also a larger circular macule with raised edges and central clearing located on the abdomen.  The family recently moved to a new house, and the mother is concerned that the rash is evidence of an allergic reaction.
