Based on the list above identify the priority NDx (one physical and one psychosocial) including the etiology (‘related to’) and the manifestations (‘as evidence by’)
Provide a rationale for both selections.
Identify both the short-term and long-term expected outcomes for each of the two priority NDx. Write these expected outcomes using the SMART criteria.
Identify realistic and therapeutic nursing interventions (using the subtitles Assessment, Pharmacological, Independent, Collaborative, Health-Teaching) ) for each of the priority NDx in relation to the expected outcomes identified.
