Jane is 43 and has an intellectual disability. You have been allocated as a care worker
for Jane and meeting her to discuss her wellness needs and develop the wellness plan
as per her requirements.
Jane was moved to a shared house after the death of her mother. While moving her
to the shared house, the staff provided support and explained that she is a positive
person and doesn’t show any behaviour issues and loves to interact with others.
You never met her in person, and a staff member has told you that she will be at the
house and no staff will be present, so you might need to contact the manager if
anything is required.
When you reached the house, Jane was very friendly and provided a warm welcome.
