Six weeks after admission Calaso has gained weight and is eating small meals under supervision. She tells you her meeting with the Mental Health Tribunal is occurring next week.  She is nervous about this and wishes you could be there with her stating “you are the only nurse who treats me well” and “none of the other nurses in this place know what they’re doing”.   She has asked if you can ‘put in a good word’ for her with the doctor.  You believe Calaso is attempting to manipulate you.
