This is the scenario given… I diagnosed as cirrhosis mostly due to the AST/ALT ratio being 1.5 – Am I wrong?
She is allergic to amox so I stated if she needs an antibiotic be weary of her allergy – Did I miss anything else with the allergies?
DC is a 46-year-old female who presents with a 24-hour history of RUQ pain. She states the pain started about 1 hour after a large dinner she had with her family. She has had nausea and on instance of vomiting before presentation.

DVT – Caused by oral BCPs BP: 136/82
