I need a reflective journal about a patient that I take care of. My patient was a 74 years old female full code allergy to ciprofloxacin. She came to the hospital because her husband found her unconscious and unresponsive. He called the EMS right away. He also stated that she’s not alert and oriented to time, herself, events, days sometimes. But when I was taking care of her days after her admissions, he read her documentation. Her nurse noted that she was getting better in reminding things, her name, she’s more alert. She have a past medical history of type 2 diabetes, hypertension which is being control by meds, hernia, asthma she was on a 2L nasal cannula. In my shift I took her blood glucose 3 time it was normal level, and vitals was normal expect for  her blood pressure didn’t improve at all. That’s pretty much about her.
