Stakeholders in the Intervention:

The focus for this project is the implementation of the CAUTI bundled approach to care resulting in a decrease in the number of CAUTI cases in adult patients. The proposed project will be implemented in Methodist hospital. The project will compare the implementation of the CAUTI bundled approach to care, compared to the use of a single intervention, resulting in a decrease in the number of CAUTI cases. The overall aim of this project is to test the effectiveness CAUTI bundled approach to care, resulting in a decrease in the number of CAUTI in this patient population. Therefore, the project scope is the entire hospital whereby patient records will be accessed and analysed. The project will be carried out for 3 months what includes monitoring data before the intervention implementation. The proposed project can be secured through proposal and education of stakeholders on the current gap in practice:

1- Explains how you will tailor your message to stakeholder groups; describes strategies for making your communication clear, understandable, and respectful of the needs of that stakeholder group.

2- Communication about the problem and the intervention will require effective interprofessional communication. Explain how you will address different stakeholder groups.

3-  Synthesizes evidence in support of the assessment purpose; evaluates the weight of the evidence.

4′ Connect identified stakeholders to the problem or practice gap in well-organized paragraphs.
