Transcultural nursing plays an essential role, especially in healthcare today. It is described as sensitive to cultural differences as you focus on individual patients, their needs, and their preferences (Nursing2022, 2005). Transcultural nursing often supports the idea of communicative spiritual-ethical caring, which strives to focus on compassion and justice within a similar position of cultural dynamics. Transcultural nurses seek opportunities to help understand and facilitate the transformation of health, healing, and well-being through communicative spiritual-ethical caring (Ray, 2018). Today countless organizations encompass multicultural and multigenerational individuals and allow them to interact. Having various diverse cultures work together in an organization allows them to understand and gain respect towards other cultures. Nurses must follow cultural patterns through listening, communicating, negotiating, and renegotiating to understand the meaning of health, illness, suffering, and dying (Ray, 2018). This occurs first and then is followed by knowledge of cultural sensitivity, appreciation, understanding, and competency, which helps nurses and organizations progress through complex differences. Another way to encourage communication with other cultures is by speaking to them through an interpreter, which allows them to gain respect and trust with you.  Â
